Happy Birthday Tracy and good luck. I think you can have a good night that is not completely awful. I just went through the same situation a week ago. Even though I was prepped on my end to have at least an OK time, my fam, as usual, pulled out some crazy stuff that I reacted to. So I did have some fun and I did have some disappointment. I think my biggest challenge was dealing with the disappointment and not turning it on myself, which I did for a little while until I remembered that I didn't have to own their crud. I actually got mad that they had the nerve to make my bday about them. That was new for me to feel entitled to have a bday about me.
