family test tonight ! Going out for birthday dinner with my mom and sisters. Can't avoid or say no to this. Of course, the spotlight will be shining on my plate. I am preparing myself mentally by trying to ease through my day...I am trying to stay quiet, calm and relaxed. I am going to get a workout in before meeting them as this also calms my nerves. I am going to breath. I am going to eat the way I am practicing at home. I am going to enjoy their company and not worry about whether or not they approve of what I order or how much I eat. I do hope they notice that I am trying harder, but I don't want it to be a topic of conversation or a situation where I feel scrutinized. I am thinking that I have the strength to get thru this tonight without it being a completely awful thing. :) tracy
