I'm reading and respecting your experience, shh.  unfortunately my arm is in a sling and writing is difficult. it may be a few weeks before i can respond fully - the way i'd like to now,  

using hunt and peck is slow.  plus  i need to rest for healing process.

keep writing and processing.  it might help to read old journal entries and your foum/comment posts now.
