yes, shh, I am going to have my therapist work on some grounding techniques with me tomorrow morning. I literally can't move my body sometimes and it takes a long time to gather myself and feel things. As we talk more openly about my sexual abuse issues I am having more random instances where this happens at home, or while driving..things that never triggered me before, trigger me now. I just have more intense situations in therapy and I need to let her know that I should be more present and together before I leave her office and drive. Tracy
