Tracy, everyone has to work at a pace and in a style that is right for them, especially when a topic is so senstive for them. As for being "gone" when driving back from therapy...I have driven on the wrong side of the road twice! and realised at exactly the same point on both occasions - it is a little bit scary! I think I quite often drive back from therapy in a trance - not good!!!
