Wow Kym...I've only just come across this! It's actually brought tears to my eyes, I guess because there's a sense of relief in seeing that someone else understands how it feels to swing from restricting to a ridiculously low calorie intake and the feeling that losing weight so rapidly means you're "doing good" to eating ridiculously large amounts of calories and piling the weight back on, and the associated shame. You've been my buddy on this site since I first came here 7 months ago at the start of my recovery journey...and I just want to say thankyou! You're a very special lady! xxxx
