It's when food becomes "good" or "bad"..it's when food and eating dominate your thinking all day long. It's when you define your self worth by what you look like in the mirror..it's when certain foods become off limits and that list keeps getting bigger, or when you give in to those "bad" foods and have overwhelming guilt. People can eat well or eat nothing and have eating issues. I think healthy eating starts with a positive approach, and to borrow your word that I find so difficult to say, nurturing your body. And of course, it's never really about food anyway, right? Your book is great by the way :)
