I had a nice birthday dinner with my family. I think they appreciate the effort I am making. I made really healthy food choices that didn't stress me out, yet provided some variety away from what I may normally choose to eat. I am proud of the way dinner went. My mom and I strolled around a bit shopping afterward and spent some time alone with just the two of us, and that was really nice! tracy
