I can not thank you enough for your perfect timing for this blog. You have helped me in so many ways. I seem to fall down on a regular basis but I am still some how able to get up an brush my knees off and start over again. The information you had in this post was awesome. I was on a very encouraging and successful stretch of getting myself healthy and healed and the Saturday before Easter I feel down again and for the next week was not able to get back up. Well, thanks to your blog and my therapist I am back up and going to kick this thing... Oh how badly I want to be able to use that word RECOVERED!!!! Please keep these blogs coming. It is so nice to see that I am not alone and battling this BY MYSELF!!!
