This was an excellant article. I have been dealing with an anerxia off an on ever since my teen years. I get better for a while but yet over time it would come back. It has come back again and I cannot get a handle on it. I am working hard in therapy on other issues but have not had a help with the eating disorder. Perhaps it is me that fears the help.
