my computer always acts up here..lol I was saying this is a HUGE step for anyone with an eating disorder..to let someone come inside your very private world. She knows I have struggled in the past, and she actually told me she already knew I was not doing well. (how well we think we hide it)~ I went out on this limb to get extra support, and she has had issues with food before as well, so she understands my struggles. I also called my therapist to schedule an appointment sooner than we had set. I told her that I really need to reach down and work with her thru the food issues and the trauma work. I told her that I would journal some thoughts and feelings to bring with me incase my mind "shuts off". I agree with everyone that it's ok to be silent and just absorb. But I have been with my therapist for a very long time, and bless her heart, she is one patient woman as I tend to shut down alot. I hope everyone felt some peace today. tracy
