My choices are: Gain weight or get fired

My choices are: Gain weight or get fired. That's about it. She said she can refer me to someone else, whatever that means. Why would I want to see someone else? I wouldn't/don't. She said she can refer me to a nutritionist if I "really don't know how to gain weight." I wouldn't listen to a nutritionist, and I probably know more about nutrition and how to eat anyway. So, I will probably end up getting fired in a month and taking several steps backwards. Then my parents will be on my case. Sounds fun. Or, I can get fat.
