JP, can I just ask... I never really talk about my father in therapy, never did when he was alive, and still don't since his death, I haven't really felt any proper grief over him dying either, and I can't say that I miss him very much. Have you any idea why? I feel like my attitudes towards him are a bit warped, he was the more aggressive/violent parent, but also the more caring, and more rational of the two
