Joanna this ties in perfectly with how I felt over the 11 pounds weight gain that I posted about on the forum, and how listing everything I'd achieved in the last year in therapy helped me to re-focus (which I posted about as a response to Kym's 'flying' thread). I think sometimes it takes slipping back a little to make you realise just how far you've come! x
