I'm definitely not a therapist, but it sounds like you have some pretty bad trauma that you need to deal with in order for you to be happy and get rid of the ED. I don't know, Joanna would know better than I do, but everything's all connected so by not dealing with the stuff that really hurts you, you can't fix the other stuff. Ever thought of doing a program?
