I was sexually abused from the age of 10

I was sexually abused from the age of 10 to 18 by a neighbor who threatened that my family would be put to shame by me and that everyone would think I was horible. I kept it a secret until I was 35.I am now 62 and never got any real help for it...just self help books. I know it is why I carry an extra 100lbs on this 5ft 2in frame.I am married with 2 grown sons who grew up with a fat mother who could never stay on a diet long enough to shed any weight. I thought that getting enough ABC's after my name in college would help but NOT. My question is where do I go now???
