I feel a bit conflicted about this post. On the one hand I am interested in the idea of reducing inflamation and I greatly appreciate J sharing resources. On the other hand I feel very triggered by the idea that any food is bad or that eating before bed is bad. It conflicts with what my RD has been telling me for the past couple of years -- to go for a snack before bed.
