## **Meet Joanna**

- Author of *Healing Your Hungry Heart: recovering from your eating disorder* (now available in audio).
- Offers personalized, compassionate care with specialties in PTSD, narcissistic abuse, eating disorders, and their aftermath. She addresses rebuilding challenges after recovery. She helps you understand an navigate painful and bewildering relationships, the value of establishing new boundaries, and building strength and courage to be more powerful and happy.
